$CO, $CO, $CO

I know I’m beating this thing to death, especially since nobody who drops by my site much cares, but here’s a few more items about everyone’s favorite Linux trash-talker.

The case, and SCO’s continued assertions that black is white, up is down, and that software licenses can’t give users the right to copy, is starting to make the mainstream press. Ed Quillen of the Denver Post wrote this column today. Funny, I’ve been making pretty much the same arguments since Disney first bought the Sonny Bono Copyright Extension Act in 1996. Read more…

Boy, Do Those Talking Heads Need Practice!

Saw this in a BBC article:

A White House spokesman later dismissed Mr Gore’s statements, saying that the American people knew “the president’s commitment to the security of the United States and to winning the war on terrorism and our economic security”.

So the White House admits it’s waging war on our economic security?

Distraction After Distraction

My apologies to everyone who has been waiting to hear news from me. I have been swamped with stuff ever since the last entry.

As many of you know, I am now married to the wonderful and beautiful Jennifer Sara. We’ve been at it for over 6 weeks now (since June 14th), and while living with someone certainly creates its own set of problems, I have never been happier.

Having not made a personal entry for almost 3 months, I’m starting to realize how out of the loop you must feel, dear reader. It’s not the kindest way to do it, but I’m going to bring you up to speed in bullet-points:
